Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Operator: Drone Control Center · Contact: maor.marga12@gmail.com
Our public website provides information and legal documents. The actual drone-media workspace is privately hosted, and user media is not made public merely by appearing in that workspace.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how the operator of Drone Control Center may handle information through the public website, private drone-media workspace and optional external integrations. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party platforms you separately use.
2. Information we may process
- Account and security data: identifiers and sign-in information needed to grant authorized access; authentication is handled by the configured access systems.
- Drone and media data: uploaded videos, photographs, file names, timestamps, flight-related records and associated metadata, which may include geographic coordinates if included in the source material.
- Creative work: editing selections, project settings, previews, exported videos and AI-assisted processing results.
- Operational records: logs, error information, access events and network or device information needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Contact messages: the content of emails you voluntarily send to the operator.
- Connected-platform data: only if an integration is enabled and you authorize it, data and access tokens needed to complete requested platform actions.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide authorized access, organize footage and flight records, process creator-selected media, render and export edits, troubleshoot failures, maintain security, respond to support and privacy requests, and — if implemented and explicitly authorized — perform TikTok sharing actions.
4. Public website and cookies
These public pages do not contain account registration, advertising trackers or an application sign-in form. The hosting provider and network infrastructure may still process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for service delivery and security. The private workspace may use authentication cookies and other session data required for authorized access.
5. AI processing and service providers
Some optional AI-assisted features may send selected prompts, images, video frames or related information to external AI service providers for processing. The exact processing depends on the feature and its configuration. Do not submit sensitive or third-party personal content to those features unless you have the appropriate rights and understand the processing involved. Infrastructure and media-management providers may also process information needed to operate the selected feature.
6. TikTok and other external publishing
TikTok integration is planned and is not yet an approved production feature. If enabled in the future, the application will request permissions appropriate to the features offered, use authorized tokens for those features and transmit only media and related data selected for an upload or publication action. Users will be asked to authorize their account and deliberately initiate each share. TikTok may independently process published or uploaded content under its own rules. No automatic posting is promised or enabled by these public pages.
7. Storage, retention and deletion
Media, derived files and logs may remain within the configured private infrastructure until they are deleted through available controls or by an administrator. Backups, trash retention and third-party service retention can cause copies to persist after an initial deletion. Retention depends on the operational configuration rather than a single universal time limit. You may request information about stored data or ask the operator to review a deletion request using the contact address below.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not publish private workspace media to the public legal website. Information may be disclosed to service providers necessary to operate a requested feature, to a platform when you explicitly choose a supported upload or publishing action, or where disclosure is required by applicable law. We do not describe user information as sold for advertising purposes.
9. Security
The private workspace uses access restrictions and authentication controls. No security control guarantees absolute protection. Public legal pages are intentionally accessible without those private-workspace credentials.
10. International processing
Hosting, integration and AI providers may operate in different countries. When external processing is used, information may be handled in the regions in which those providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.
11. Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information that the operator controls. You can choose not to use optional AI or platform integrations. For any future TikTok connection, you may also revoke the application's access through TikTok's account settings; a request to delete local data can be sent separately.
12. Children and third-party privacy
This service is not intended for children. Do not intentionally upload images, video or personal data of children or other identifiable individuals without an appropriate legal basis and any necessary permission.
13. Updates and contact
This policy may change as features or data practices evolve; the date above will be revised when that happens. For privacy questions or requests, email maor.marga12@gmail.com.
